Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at 0316-0715019 via call or WhatsApp with your order details and product images.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or used items. Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.

For approved returns, we offer either a replacement or refund based on product availability. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
